Art Prints and Wallpaper
All our products are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Orders placed incorrectly or mistakenly by the customer that proceed to manufacturing cannot be refunded or exchanged. Merely a Monarch is not responsible for items delivered based on incorrect ordering details provided by the customer.

Homeware Items
Our returns policy lasts FIVE calendar days. Please contact us within THREE working days if you’d like to exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased product. We will credit you for the product’s cost excluding the cost of shipping. There will be no refunds or exchanges on products if more than FIVE calendar days have passed since receipt of the product.
- Items must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging as you received it
- No returns on customised products
- No returns on products bought in bulk (FIVE or more)
- Sale items will not be refunded
- Exchanges may take time depending on where you live
Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will notify you that we’ve received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or bank account.
Refunds are processed at month-end and will take a few days to reflect between different banks. Contact info@merelyamonarch.co.za if you have still not received your refund.
Cancelled orders (before delivery takes place) will be liable for a 5% handling fee depending on status of order.
