Returns on mattress and pillow protectors
You have 14 calendar days to return a defective item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
An inspection will be done to see if it’s a factory fault.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it determine your eligibility for a refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns on printed posters and printed canvases
All goods are made to order, and we therefore offer no exchanges or returns. Please inspect the goods on receipt and immediately inform us of any damage, in which case a refund will be processed.
Orders that are placed incorrectly or mistakenly are not refundable or exchangeable.
We do our best to ensure that our images are as true to
color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors,
lighting sources, digital photography and ink lot variations, we cannot
guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true
color of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not
be regarded as absolutely correct.
Lead time orders
5 – 10 days.
You will be e-mailed a waybill as soon as the goods have been dispatched.
